Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,-
(a) “Act” means the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act, 2029.
(b) "Chief" means an officer of the Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation.
(c) "Warden" means an officer of the Government of Nepal who is in charge of the administration of a national park or reserve.
(d) "License" means any type of license issued in accordance with this regulation.
(e) "Permit" means any type of license (permit) granted in accordance with this regulation. q Amended by the Third Amendment.
