Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, (a) “Act” means the Social Security Act 6199. (b) "Judicial Committee" shall mean the Judicial Committee of the concerned local level constituted as per Article 217 of the Code. (c) The expression "Ministry" shall mean the Ministry of Home Affairs. (d) "Every office" shall mean the relevant ward office at the local level. (e) "Wada should be referred to as the relevant ward committee of the local level. (f)'' means National Identity Card and Registration Department.
