In this Act, unless the subject or context requires otherwise,-

(a) "Commission" means as per clause (1) of Article 286 of the Constitution. Constituency Determining Commission constituted shall mean.

(b) "Representative Assembly" shall mean the Representative Assembly formed in accordance with Article 84 of the Constitution.

(c)   “Provincial Assembly” means the Provincial Assembly constituted under Article 176 of the Constitution.

(d "Constitution" means the Constitution of Nepal.
