Rule 2
Definition
In this regulation, unless the subject or the context requires otherwise,-
(a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Act, 2075;
(b) "Salary" means the starting salary fixed for the post held by the employee according to the terms of service and the annual increment (grade| amount) which will be fixed as per the rules.
(c) "Pensioner" means a person entitled to pension or family pension in accordance with the Act and other prevailing laws.
