(1) According to sub-rule (4) of rule 19, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the investment permit, the relevant investor shall submit to the company registrar's office for establishing the company and for the implementation of the project, if it is an infrastructure-related project, to the Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and Transport Management, if it is a productive project. In the case of Industrial Promotion Board and other projects, an application should be submitted to the relevant body to register the project.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if for any reason the concerned investor is unable to apply for company establishment or project registration within that period, he may apply to the board for an extension.
(3) If an application is received according to sub-rule (2), if the reason is reasonable, the board may extend the deadline for the application to establish a company or to register a project by one month.
(4) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1) or in writing from the board, the company registrar's office, the relevant ministry, the industrial promotion board or the relevant agency shall register the company and the project in accordance with the prevailing law within that period.
