(1) The parties to the project agreement shall implement the project according to the agreement.
(2) For the implementation of the project agreement, the Nepal government or the authority should provide land or make any arrangements, if the condition is mentioned in such agreement, the Nepal government or the authority should do so according to the agreement.
(3) If there are reasonable grounds and reasons why it is not possible to do any work in accordance with the project agreement, the party implementing the project shall provide written information to the authority, explaining the grounds and reasons thereof.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the written request is found to be appropriate, the Ministry may take necessary decisions regarding the implementation of the project on the recommendation of the authority.
(5) If any party to the project agreement does not implement the agreement, the other party may terminate the agreement.
