- If the Ministry deems it appropriate to implement a project, the following details should be submitted to the Government of Nepal for approval of the open project -
(a) Name of the project,
(b) the manner in which the project will be implemented as mentioned in Section 3 of the Act (c) Whether or not the project falls under the approved policy, annual program or current five-year plan of the Government of Nepal (d) Whether the project can be implemented by the Government of Nepal or not and the reason why,
(e) The basis for implementing the project with private investment is found to be feasible and appropriate (f) Whether or not any kind of assistance has been requested from the donor organization for the implementation of the project and if such assistance has been received or not,
(g) Whether the project has been surveyed or not and the estimated cost if surveyed,
(h) If any project that has been constructed or is in progress will be operated with private investment, the current status of the project,
(i) If more than one project of the same nature is to be implemented, the priority of such projects,
(j) Other necessary things.
