(1) Projects implemented through public-private partnership should be transferred to the relevant agency as mentioned in the contract.
(2) When the project is handed over in accordance with sub-section (1), the machines, equipment, structures and other similar items and systems connected to such project must be in the capacity and current condition as written in the contract.
(3) Other arrangements related to project handover shall be as prescribed.
