(1) According to the Act and this regulation, the Ministry may cause the person who has obtained the permit to investigate or inspect the project regarding whether the project has been implemented or not.
(2) If any project has not been implemented in accordance with the Act or these regulations during the investigation or inspection as per sub-rule (1), the Ministry may disclose the reason and instruct the relevant permit holder to execute the project and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to follow the instructions given by the Ministry. It will be a duty.
