The project can be implemented with the joint participation of the Government of Nepal and the private sector through any of the following methods:-
(a) By developing infrastructure from the private sector on the land provided by the Government of Nepal (b) By jointly investing in the project from the Government of Nepal and the private sector,
(c) By letting the private sector operate and manage the Special Economic Zone established by the Government of Nepal,
(d) By other means prescribed by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Authority.
