(1) For the purpose of registering personal incidents, the Government of Nepal may appoint necessary personnel to prepare family records in the format as per schedule-1.

(2) Sub-rule ( 1) The list of the family prepared according to will be kept in the office of the registrar and according to the monthly statement of the personal event registration sent by the local registrar according to rule 13, the list of the related family will be added or reduced as needed.
