(1) The Council shall have a separate fund (2) Funds received from grants received from His Majesty's Government, any person or organization and other fees collected by the Council will be deposited in the fund of the Council.
(3) The operation of the fund of the council shall be done by the joint signature of the councilor appointed by the council and the employee of the council appointed by the council.
(4) An auditor appointed by the Council shall audit the accounts of the Council every year.
