(1) The Council shall have a separate fund of its own.

(2) The funds of the Council shall include the following amounts:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal,

(b) grant money received from any foreign government or international organizations,

(c) money received for consulting services or research work,

(d) Funds received from other sources.

(3) When receiving grants from foreign governments or international organizations, the prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained.

(4) All funds received by the council should be deposited in a commercial bank account. (5) All expenses to be incurred by the council shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
