(1) The meeting of the council shall be held at the place and time specified by the chairman as required.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(3) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence by a person elected by the members present.
(4) In the meeting of the Council, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the council shall be verified by the member-secretary of the council. Addition by First Amendment .
(6) At least three days before the meeting of the Council, the member-secretary shall give notice to the concerned members with the topic of discussion.
(7) The council may invite an expert or any other person to participate in the meeting of the council as an observer if deemed necessary.
(8) The meeting allowance received by the members of the council, the members of the quality committee or the sub-committee and the invited persons for participating in the meeting shall be as determined by the council from time to time.
(9) Other procedures to be adopted in the meeting of the Council shall be determined by the Council.
