Rule 75
Council

(1) The constitution of the Council will be as follows:- (a) Minister, Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens - Chairman (b) Child Rights, Child Protection; A person nominated by the Government of Nepal from among those who have worked for at least ten years in the field of child welfare or child justice - Vice President
(c) the Secretary; Ministry Udesya (D) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance Jayadasyam (E) Joint Secretary, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (Looking into matters related to children) -Member
(f) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (g) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs 000 (h) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology "Member (j) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (See Local Level ) - Member (h) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health and Population - Member (k) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security - Member (l) Joint Secretary, National Planning Commission
(Looking at children related issues) -Member (d) Head of Division, Ministry
(Looking at child-related issues) -Member (D) Secretary, Ministries looking at child-related issues of each province -Member (N) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters (Looking at child-related issues) -Member (T) Child Rights, Child Protection, Child Seven members including at least three women nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the persons who have worked in the field of welfare or child justice for at least five years.
(2) The working hours and service facilities of the Vice President of the Council shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. (3) The work, duties and powers of the Vice President of the Council shall be as prescribed by the Council.
(4) The term of office of the Vice-Chairman and members of the Council under Clause (a) shall not exceed four years and shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal at the time of nomination.
(5) To be nominated as a vice-chairman or a member of the council, the following qualifications must be fulfilled:-
(a) Nepali citizens,
(b) having attained the age of thirty-five years,
(c) recognition; At least a bachelor's degree from the receiving university,
(d) Not having been convicted of corruption, extortion, human trafficking and trafficking, sale, distribution and trafficking of narcotics, money laundering, misuse of passports, crimes related to kidnapping, organized crime, crimes against children, violation of children's rights or other criminal offences, br> (e) Not being a member of any political party at the time of nomination.
(6) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rules (2) and (4), the Government of Nepal may at any time remove the vice-chairman as per clause (b) of sub-rule (1) or the member as per clause (t) if he commits any of the following acts:-
(a) does any act prejudicial to the Council,
(b) act contrary to the Act and these Regulations,
(c) If any act is contrary to public policy/morality,
(d) In case of misconduct,
(e) own; If you do not fulfill the official duties.
(7) According to sub-rule (6) before removing him from the post, he should be given a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation.
