The following persons cannot be appointed to the post of examiner:-
(a) Having taken any kind of shares or having financial or commercial transactions or showing any kind of interest with the certifying body that needs to be tested immediately,
(b) having financial or commercial interests with the certifying body or any of its employees,
(c) Being a member of the same household of the certifying body or its employees.
