This type of record or record book will contain the following written information:-

(a) The results of the analysis of raw materials and various stages of the production process. and the final evaluation of the manufactured drug and the decision whether or not the analytical test has been carried out under the relevant drug standard,

(b) the method used in accordance with the official text or accepted analytical method and description of the level,

(c) the analysis, the correctness of the test taker, and

( d) The date and correctness of the review by the responsible expert.
