(1) The meeting of the examination committee will be held as required.
(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the examination committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the examination committee will be considered.
(3) The meeting of the examination committee will be presided over by the chairman of the examination committee and in his absence, a member chosen from among the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
(4) In the meeting of the examination committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding may give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the examination committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the examination committee.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the examination committee shall be as determined by the examination committee itself.
