Rule 19
Tourist Rides
(1) The following vehicles shall be registered as tourist vehicles in accordance with Section 7 of the Act:-
(a) registered in the name of a tourism business owner who has received a permit to do tourism business according to the prevailing law,
(b) If the vehicle purchased with a loan provided by a financial institution is registered in the name of the relevant financial institution, such vehicle is used for tourism business by a tourist business owner who has a license to do tourism business according to the prevailing law.
(2) Tourist vehicles are not allowed to carry passengers and goods like other public vehicles.
