(1) The employer's liability towards workers related to tourism shall be as follows:-
(a) To make available sufficient quantity of medicine and medical supplies for first aid when workers are sent to the workplace,
(b) In case of labor crisis, serious health problem or accident, to carry out rescue work without delay.
(2) When the worker mentioned in sub-section (1) goes to the workplace, the employer shall provide any one of the facilities he chooses from the field allowance, dosage allowance or other similar allowance or overtime remuneration for working overtime.
(3) Employers who operate hotels, motels, restaurants, jungle safaris or other businesses shall distribute the amount of service charge taken in accordance with the collective agreement as specified.
