The Commission may grant permission to any domestic or foreign person or organization to supervise the work related to the election.
(2) A person or an organization that has obtained a permit according to sub-section (1) shall perform the supervision by completing the procedure specified by the Commission for the purpose of supervision and the commission shall cancel the permit of the person or organization who performs the supervision without following such procedure.
(3) The person or organization that has obtained permission according to sub-section (1) shall submit its report to the Commission within thirty days after the completion of the supervision work.
(4) Domestic or foreign persons or organizations who have received permission for supervision in accordance with this section shall follow the code of conduct made by the Commission while conducting supervision.
