(1) Domestic and foreign persons or organizations who wish to supervise the work related to the election shall submit an application to the Commission as per Schedule-1 within the period specified by the Commission for permission.

(2) ) If the application made according to sub-rule (1) is considered appropriate, the Commission will issue a permit for supervision as per Schedule-2.

(3) The Commission will issue a supervisor identification card to the supervisor of the person or organization who has received permission as per sub-rule (2).

(4) The person or organization granted permission according to sub-rule (2) shall submit a report to the commission containing the places inspected, the method of inspection, the names of the personnel involved in the inspection, the things observed during the inspection and recommendations for improvement within thirty days of the completion of the inspection work.

(5) The commission may specify that only national supervision associations and organizations are allowed to supervise an election.

(6) Other provisions related to election supervision shall be as prescribed by the commission.
