: The technician of Animal Services Office or the technician designated by the fund shall keep the said livestock under his surveillance for two months after receiving the written information from the custodian that the protected livestock is non-productive according to Rule 24. If such livestock is found to be non-productive while being kept under such surveillance, a livestock non-productive certificate shall be issued in the format as per Schedule-7.
