(1) In any Nepal law made before the 7th of Falgun, 2007, the words referring to Shri 3 Maharaj, Mukhtiar or Talukwala, shall be deemed to mean the Government of Nepal in any act done or to be done after the 7th of Falgun, 2007.

1(a) The words referring to the government of Shri 5 in relation to laws made from February 7th, 2007 to June 3rd, 2063, treaties to which Nepal is a party, agreements or other actions taken shall mean the government of Shri 5th. After the 4th of June, it will be reported to the Government of Nepal.

(2) If it is not necessary to do something else from the subject or the context, in the interpretation of the Nepalese laws made before the 7th of Falgun, 2007, Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 shall apply.
