(1) If the service system operated and managed by the institute is transferred to the board, the board will have the right to all the water sources used by the institute to provide services.
(2) In the course of using, operating and maintaining or rehabilitating the service system transferred from the corporation in accordance with sub-section (1), the board shall have the right to place pipes on public or private real estate or to reconstruct or restore the structure.
