(1) If the application and documents received for the registration of a vessel are deemed appropriate, the registrar shall register the vessel in the Nepali Vessel Registration Book.
(2) After registering the vessel as per sub-rule (1), a certificate of registration shall be provided to such vessel as per Schedule-5 after taking a fee of fifty rupees.
