(1) An alcohol producing establishment shall use a transparent plastic cover (shrink cap) to protect the excise stamp on the bottles of liquor (except beer, wine and cider) produced by it and imported by the import licensee.
(2) In the case of importation licensees, the provision as per sub-rule (1) shall be applicable from 1st of the year 2080.
