(1) When someone writes the following document, he should get such document passed by the relevant office:-
(a) Deed of transfer of immovable property by any person,
(b) Bhog, Drishti or Lakhbandhi written text,
(c) Donations or Box Papers after the remainder of immovable property,
(d) Deed of lease of immovable property,
(e) Deed of part bond or part release,
(f) Deeds that are deemed to be separated or attached to the document,
(g) Deed establishing Guthi,
(h) A letter of permission to restore a house of more than one lakh rupees per month,
(j) Deed of Usufructuary of Immovable Property,
(j) Other documents to be passed in accordance with this code or law.
(2) If someone does not pass a document required to be passed according to sub-section (1), such document will not be legally recognized.
