(1) If the license of the labor supplier is revoked, such labor supplier shall pay the wages and other benefits to the laborers within fifteen days.
(2) If the workers do not pay the wages and other facilities within the period mentioned in sub-section (1), the department or office that issued the license shall pay the wages and other facilities to such workers from the bond or bank guarantee deposited by the labor supplier at the time of obtaining the license. br> (3) According to sub-section (2), if the amount of the bond or bank guarantee is insufficient to pay wages and other facilities, Damasahi shall pay. In the case of remaining wages and benefits upon such payment, if the labor supplier organization is terminated or dissolved, it will be in accordance with the prevailing law. If such an organization is not abolished or dissolved but is taking other actions, the office will order the payment of wages and other benefits from other assets of such an organization.
