: (1) The Juvenile Court may issue appropriate orders for the protection of child witnesses and to enforce the rights of child victims in accordance with Section 215 of the Act in the course of proceedings and hearings.
(2) The High Court may make appropriate and necessary orders for the rehabilitation of child victims at any stage of the case.
