(1) If a person selected for the scholarship does not go for the scholarship or if such a person commits any other act contrary to the Act or this regulation, he will be punished according to the Act.

(1A) The details of those who do not attend or who have been punished according to the law will be updated.

(2) The person who has been punished according to sub-rule (1) will not be selected for another scholarship.
