(1) After the expiry of the period mentioned in the inspection pass certificate given in accordance with section 91 of the Act, the vehicle owner or manager shall submit an application in accordance with Schedule-43 to the office that issues such inspection pass certificate in accordance with section 92 of the Act.
(2) If there is an application for a re-examination pass according to sub-rule (1), the office shall conduct the necessary examination according to sub-rule (2) of rule 39 and issue a re-examination pass certificate subject to the Act and other arrangements mentioned in this regulation.
