If the damaged or lost radio device has been deducted according to rule 19, if such broken radio device is repaired and used again, or if the lost radio device is found, the person in possession of such radio device shall be employed within thirty-five days from the date of such damaged or lost radio device. The license should be re-licensed by submitting an application as per Rule 3 within a day.
