: (1) If the compensation claim submitted in accordance with Rule 27 is not accepted by the fund, the protector can request the fund through the member organization for re-claiming, attaching additional documents proving such claim within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information. .
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if a request is made to the fund through a member organization for re-claiming, the fund may approve such claim based on the detailed documents received.
