:(1) If the establishment is re-operated within two years if the number of workers has been reduced for any reason, or if additional workers need to be supplied, the workers who have been reduced in accordance with section 145 shall be given priority in employment.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the worker who has been retrenched is not present even after giving notice as prescribed, another person may be employed.
(3) If the employer does not give notice or if the employee is not employed, within thirty-five days, the concerned worker can file an application in the labor court. (4) Other related provisions will be as prescribed.
