(1) An employee who is not satisfied with the promotion recommendation made by the Commission may file a complaint with the Commission for review of such decision within thirty-five days from the date of the recommendation decision.
(2) If a complaint is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Commission will make an appropriate decision in this regard.
