: In case no application for review is received in accordance with rule 15 on the decision made by the investigation officer, after the expiry of the deadline for filing such application and in case of application for review, the decision is reviewed within seven days from the date of receipt of the file according to sub-rule (4) of rule 16. The investigation officer shall give notice to the concerned person or organization to pay the fine or damages and compensation amount as per schedule-10.
