Rule 15
Review

(1) A person or an organization who is not satisfied with the decision made by the investigating officer may submit an application to the relevant distributor for review within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the notification of the decision.
(2) When making an application for review according to sub-rule (1), the application for review can be made directly to the distributor or through the same officer who is to apply for review against the order of the investigating officer.
(3) When submitting an application for review on the decision made by the investigating officer, it should be submitted in the format as per Schedule-9.
(4) The following documents must be attached with the application for review.
(a) Certified copy of the notice given by the investigating officer under rule 5 or rule 14,
(b) Evidence to support his statement,
(c) If the amount to be paid is paid according to the action, assessment and punishment order, the receipt or receipt thereof.
(5) According to sub-rule (2), the appeal brought by the investigating officer shall be forwarded to the distributor within seven days.
(6) If the application for review is not valid, the distributor shall inform the concerned person or organization that such application has been rejected.
