Section 33
Petition or appeal from the decision of the Court of Appeal
(1) At the time this Act comes into force, the judgment or final order of the Court of Appeal can be appealed to the Supreme Court in accordance with the law in force at the time. (2) At the time when this Act comes into force, an application can be made to the Supreme Court to repeat the case based on the judgment or final order made by the Court of Appeals in accordance with the law in force immediately.
