(1) The party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the Tribunal may file an appeal before the relevant Appellate Tribunal in the prescribed format within fifteen days from the date of receiving a copy of the said decision. For the purpose of cleaning, thirty days should be given to submit a reply along with evidence and the defendant should file a reply within that period. However, if the defendant is unable to submit a reply within that period due to uncontrollable circumstances, the appeals tribunal can extend the deadline by fifteen days if an open application is made.
