Rule 21
Facilities of Chairman, Members and Secretary of Appeal Committee –
(1) The chairman and members of the appeal committee shall receive the monthly benefits as determined by the Ministry with the approval of the Ministry of Finance.
(2) The chairman, members and secretary of the appeal committee shall receive meeting allowance as determined by the ministry with the approval of the Ministry of Finance for participating in the meeting of the appeal committee.
