Rule 20
Arrangements for the secretariat and staff of the Appeals Committee –

(1) The Secretariat of the Appeals Committee shall be at the place designated by the Authority.
(2) The officer in charge of the authority's legal work shall act as the secretary of the appeal committee (3) The authority will make arrangements for other staff required for the appeal committee.
(4) The administrative work of the appeal committee shall be done by the secretary and other employees under the general control and direction of the chairman of the appeal committee.
(5) The Secretary of the Appellate Committee shall have the same powers as the Registrar of the Court of Appeals in accordance with the prevailing law.
