(1) In dealing with and disposing of appeals against judgments or final orders passed by military courts in relation to offenses within the jurisdiction under clauses (b) and (c) of section 68 of the Act, the appeals committee under sub-section (7) of section 119 of the Act, including the sub-rule of rule 33 (3) will use the rights and procedure.
(2) The appeal committee as per sub-section (7) of section 119 of the Act may determine other procedures by itself.
