(1) For the purpose of making an appeal in accordance with section 48 of the Act, there shall be an appeal committee consisting of the following members:- (a) A sitting judge of the Court of Appeal or a special grade officer of the Nepal Judicial Service - Chairman (b) A gazetted first grade officer or equivalent expert officer appointed by the Government of Nepal - Member (c) A person appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the authorized employees who have gained experience in the field of law - Member
(2) An authorized employee designated by the Ministry shall serve as the Secretary of the Appeal Committee.
(3) The procedures and other arrangements related to the meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the same committee.
