Section 209
<br> to file an appeal with the court hearing the appeal
When appealing the decision of the court from which the appeal is to be made, the appeal must be filed with the court hearing the appeal.
(2) If someone files an appeal in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall check whether such appeal has been registered or not within the time limit specified in section 205, whether or not the filing fee required for filing an appeal has been filed and whether the appeal has been processed or not in accordance with this paragraph, and if it is found to be registered and scheduled to the relevant party- Compensation should be given in the format as per 3.
(3) If it is found that the procedure has not been completed while examining the appeal according to sub-section (2), the court shall open the cause of appeal without registering the appeal.
(2) If someone files an appeal in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall check whether such appeal has been registered or not within the time limit specified in section 205, whether or not the filing fee required for filing an appeal has been filed and whether the appeal has been processed or not in accordance with this paragraph, and if it is found to be registered and scheduled to the relevant party- Compensation should be given in the format as per 3.
(3) If it is found that the procedure has not been completed while examining the appeal according to sub-section (2), the court shall open the cause of appeal without registering the appeal.
