Section 19
Provision of Appellate Hearing Mechanism
(1) The party shall arrange for an appropriate mechanism to hear the appeal against the action taken in accordance with section 18 of the statute.
(2) The mechanism under sub-section (1) may cancel, cancel or modify the action taken under section 18.
