(1) If it appears that the appellant has been aggrieved by an error related to the procedure adopted by the departmental sentencing officer or for any other reason from the appeal registered under rule 9, the court shall order the sentencing officer to conduct further investigation, indicating the reason thereof. can give If such an order is made, the findings of such investigation shall be conducted and sent to the open court.

(2) The court may understand and file the relevant documents if there is any disagreement with the relevant party during the proceedings of the appeal filed in accordance with this regulation. However, the departmental punishment officer will not be taxed to reveal the source of the information obtained in relation to the departmental action taken by him. The issuing officer will give a final decision on the appeal to confirm or cancel the sentence or to reduce or clear the sentence.

(4) The court should decide on the appeal before it, usually within six months from the date of such appeal.
