Rule 23
Examination and Registration of Appeals
(1) If the appeal received before the Appellate Tribunal has been properly examined according to Rule 21 and 22, if it has been properly examined, such an appeal should be registered and a copy of the same should be given to the appellant concerned.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is found that the appeal has not been completed, the appeal must be returned to the bench after the investigation of the improper conduct.
