(1) After receiving the appeal in accordance with rule 26, the examination of whether the procedure has been completed or not, if the procedure has been completed, it shall be registered and the appellant shall be notified accordingly.
(2) The registered copy of the appeal received through the labor office shall be sent to the appellant through the same labor office and if it is found that there is something wrong with the registration of such an appeal, it shall also be disclosed to the appellant through the labor office.
(3) If it is deemed necessary to register the appeal received through the labor office and bring the appellant before the court, when the court gives the copy of the registration to the appellant in accordance with sub-rule (2), the information of the person to come to appear on a certain date or by sending a representative according to the law is also informed through the same labor office. should be given to the appellant.
