(1) A party who does not understand or is aggrieved by the decision or order made by the hearing officer in accordance with this Act may appeal to the Supreme Court within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
(2) A party who does not understand or is aggrieved by the decision or order made by the department or the director general in accordance with this act may appeal to the relevant high court within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
